Mrs. Mary Katherine Chaney Ocetek, 59, of Hagerstown, died Thursday, January 9, 2020, at Hospice of Washington County’s Doey’s House. She was the wife of Mr. Fernand J. Ocetek.
Born April 18, 1960, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Shirley Ann Miller Chaney of Hagerstown, and of the late Robert Lee.
Mary was a member of First Baptist Church, Hagerstown.
Surviving are her children, Gardner R. Moats, Jr. and Veronica M. Brandenburg; as well as two grandchildren; and siblings Tammy K., and Robert L. Chaney, Jr., both of Hagerstown, Pattie J. Chaney, of Greencastle, Pennsylvania, and Christopher L. Chaney, also of Hagerstown.
Besides her father, Mary was preceded in death by her first husband, William L. Henry.
The Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, Hagerstown, is assisting the family with arrangements. A graveside service will be held Friday, June 5, at 11:00 AM.
