Mr. Manuel R. Santiago, 71, a resident of South Mountain Restoration Center, South Mountain, PA passed away Saturday, January 10, 2025, in the restoration center.
He was born on June 14, 1954 in Puerto Rico.
Private burial will be held in Strang’s Cemetery, South Mountain, PA.
