Ms. Lucille C. Romano, 64, of Waynesboro, PA, passed away Sunday morning, September 8, 2024, at Mercy House, Chambersburg, PA.
Born September 24, 1959 in Lansdale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Carol (Cancelliere) Romano.
Ms. Romano was a graduate of North Penn High School and later received an Associate’s Degree in Art.
For many years, she served as the chef for Missionaries of the Sacred Heart in Fairfield. Prior to her retirement in 2023, she was the assistant sales manager for Gemcraft Homes for a number of years.
Ms. Romano enjoyed visiting local art galleries and listening to live music. She also delivered meals to seniors for many years.
She is survived by two children, Meagan A. Hart and her husband, Josh of Berkeley Springs, WV and Christin M. Ditch of Waynesboro; three grandchildren, Parker, Jake and Cora; three brothers, Donald Romano, Larry Romano and Mario Romano; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, September 20, 2024 in St. Rita Catholic Church, 13219 Monterey Lane, Blue Ridge Summit, PA. Burial will be private.
