Mr. Lloyd Cleveland “Itchy” St. Clair, 77, of Hagerstown, died suddenly Sunday, January 30, 2022, at his residence.

Born November 30, 1944, in Hagerstown, he was a son of the late Charles Ambrose and Mary Alice Virginia Hall St. Clair.

He was a veteran of the United States Army National Guard.

Lloyd was formerly employed with Maryland Maid Kitchen; and retired from the Byron Tannery, with 27 years of service.

He was very involved with West End Little League, serving in various capacities; as a member of the Board of Directors, past Minor League President, announcing, as well as coaching.

Lloyd is survived by daughters Kathy Feiser and husband Gary of Williamsport, and Belinda St. Clair of Hagerstown; by grandchildren, Michael Free, Jr. and wife Amy, David Green, Samuel Socks, Jr, Chelsea and Emily Dixon, Nicholas Houman, Koby Lloyd Feiser, and Jahiem Norris; as well as nineteen great grandchildren; his brother Phillip St. Clair of West Virginia, and friend Randy Peffley.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Doris Rudisill, Rhea Anderson, Ella Mae Shoemaker, and Victor, Johnny, George, Charles, Jr., and Harry St.  Clair.

The arrangements are being handled by Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, Hagerstown.  There will not be visiting at the funeral home.  A service date and time will be announced in the future.
