Mrs. Linda L. (Bryan) Dingle, 75, of Blue Ridge Summit, PA, passed away Friday, August 16, 2024 at the Chambersburg Hospital.
Born December 22, 1948 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Janet (Bryan) and Floyd A. Fry.
Linda was a graduate of Waynesboro Senior High School with the Class of 1966.
She and her husband, Daniel, were married November 2, 1968.
Linda was employed by Waynesboro Knitting Mill, Waynesboro Area School District and Penn State, Mont Alto before her retirement.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel; one son, Michael; sisters, Myrna Binkley, Audrey Coffelt (Donnie) and Deborah Boyle (John); and brothers, Floyd Fry, II and Bryan Fry.
Linda is also survived by Aunt Mary and Uncle Jack Reyer; nieces, Samantha Fry, Kristen Zody (Randy), Jennifer Good (Steve), Sheila Zody; nephews, Mark Binkley (Sharon), Doug Zody (Tina); and their children; sisters-in-law, Joy (Dingle) Everhart and Tina (Dingle) Manahan; brothers-in-law, Larry Dingle (Evelyn) and Vernon Dingle (Dawn); and their children.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by daughter, Teresa A. Dingle; grandparents, Harold and Catherine (Miller) Stoops, Walter and Rose (Simmons) Bryan; sister, Carole A. Zody; her husband’s parents, Raymond and Hazel (Willard) Dingle; brothers-in-law, William “Bill” Binkley, Donald Zody, Delbert Dingle and Lindsey “Butch” Dingle; sister-in-law, Nancy (Dingle) Poitras; and nephew, Jeff Zody.
Services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
