Mrs. Judith “Judi” Kay Monard (Fuller), 78, of Hagerstown, formerly of Prince Frederick, passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2024. She was the wife of the late James Thomas “Tom” Monard, who proceeded her in death in 2006.
Judi was born on September 13, 1945, in Princeton, WV, to the late Aut Junior Fuller, Sr., and the late Nellie Irene Hillman (Thomas).
She waitressed at the Wildwood Deli and cocktail lounges prior to owning the Lucky Lady bar and grill, the Happy Pickle restaurant, the Anchor Inn restaurant, and Solomon’s Island Florist. She spent her remaining years lovingly devoted to her great-nephews.
Judi leaves behind her siblings, Linda Hyman, Aut Junior Fuller, Jr., Karen Edwards, their spouses, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her son Jackson Ward “J.W.” Sively, Jr., and her brother, John “Johnny” David Fuller.
The Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, Hagerstown, is assisting the family with arrangements. In honor of Judi’s wishes, there will not be a service held.
