Joyce P. McDannell, 88, of Arendtsville, PA passed away Monday, August 10 2026 peacefully at the Gettysburg Hospital. Born February 3, 1938 in Gettysburg, she was the daughter of the late Phillip and Lottie Mae (Kump) Topper.
