Joe L. Sheppard, 69, of Orrstown, PA passed away Monday, August 25, 2025 at the Mercy House Chambersburg. Born August 13, 1956 in Valdosta, Georgia he was the son of the late Matthew Tooley and was raised by the late Fred and Annie (Sheppard) McCloud.
He is survived by two children, Crystal Harrison and Joanna Sheppard.
