Jane R. Clugh, 79, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at the Chambersburg Hospital. Born September 4, 1945 in Greenock, Scotland, she was a daughter of the late John and Jane Graham McKelvie.
Jane was born and raised in Scotland where she met her husband and moved to the United States after they were married. She was employed as a waitress during her working years and also made a home for her family. She was a beautiful person and will be sorely missed by all of her family and friends.
Jane is survived by her husband of 60 years, Eddie Lee Clugh, whom she married on June 15, 1964; two children, Lorna Helman and husband Chad of Greencastle, and Stephen Clugh of Chambersburg; and her sister, Lorna Tong of Blackpool, United Kingdom. Aside from her parents, Jane was preceded in death by two siblings, John McKelvie and Anna Brown.
