Helen Culver, 82, of Waynesboro, PA passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2024 peacefully at her residence. Born October 8, 1942 in Pinehurst, NC she was the daughter of the late William P. and Prudence (Bethea) Utley.
She is survived by three children, Adrianne Welshofer of Waynesboro PA, Robert Hamrick of Maryland, and Leah Culver of Georgia.
