Frank W Stoe, III

Frank W. "Bill" Stoe III, 77, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2024, at Laurel Lakes Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. He was born June 28, 1946, in Lancaster, PA. Frank married Barbara (Firestone) (Shifflett) Stoe on June 15, 1980, at the First Evangelical Church of Waynesboro, PA. He was a 1964 graduate of Waynesboro Area Senior High School and he proudly served in the United States Air Force for four years, was employed by the United States government in security, and loved to read. Frank is survived by his wife, Barbara; daughter, Amanda Duttinger; five grandchildren; two step-sons, Douglas and Corey Shifflett.
