Donna Mae Shank, 90, of Greencastle, PA, entered into eternity on Monday, Jan. 12, 2026, at Meritus Medical Ctr.
She was born on July 16, 1935, in Waynesboro, to the late Ralph and Edna (Barnhart) Johnston.
Donna married Roy Shank Jr. on July 16, 1950. He preceded her in death in August 2022. She worked at J. Schoeneman, Chambersburg, PA, for 22 years, ending her employment to care for her mother.
Donna was a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Greencastle. She enjoyed attending Old Home Week celebrations and taking walks with her Shelties.
She is survived by her son, Sam Shank of Chambersburg, PA, and daughter Sharon Samuels (Jim) of Greencastle, PA; brother Bob Johnston (Jeannie); and three nieces, Mandy Stottlemyer, Daphne Murray, and Amy Gour.
A public viewing will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026, from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M., at Miller-Bowersox Funeral Home, 521 S. Washington St. Greencastle. Interment will be at the convenience of the family at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Greencastle, PA.
