September 3, 1952 – February 20, 2025 Donna Kaye (Snider) Sergent, 72 went home to be with the Lord the evening of Thursday, February 20, 2025 at Chambersburg Hospital. Her loving family was by her side. She was born on September 3, 1952, in Chambersburg, PA, a daughter of the late Charles and Rosalie (Michaels) Snider. She married Perry W. Sergent on September 27, 1980. Donna was a wonderful wife, mother and Grammy. She devoted herself to home and family. She enjoyed spending time with her family (especially her grandkids), making quilts for all the babies born into her family, and reading a good book. She was always willing to lend a helping hand where needed. In addition to her husband of 44 years, Perry W. Sergent, she is survived by two children, James (Danelle) Sergent and Melissa (Michael) Brown; four grandchildren, Jaden and Hannah Sergent, Levi and Alexis Brown; and two sisters Jean (Barry) Runshaw and Nancy Humphrey. Funeral services will be held at Sellers Funeral Home, 297 Philadelphia Ave, Chambersburg, PA at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 28, 2025, with Pastor Timothy McVey officiating. The family will receive visitors on Friday, February 28, 2025 from 12:00 p.m.-12:45 p.m. prior to the Funeral Service. Interment will be private.
