Mr. David E. Winebrenner, 71, of Waynesboro, PA, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2026 in Laurel Lakes Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Chambersburg, PA.
Born May 7, 1954 in Waynesboro, he was the son of the late Luther Paul and Evelyn (Snively) Winebrenner.
David was a graduate of Waynesboro Area Senior High School with the Class of 1973.
He dedicated many years to working on local farms, both orchards and dairy farms. In his later life, he lovingly cared for his parents during their final years.
David was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Waynesboro and a loyal fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Baltimore Orioles. He found great enjoyment in collecting and working with model trains and took pride in growing many vegetables in his garden every year.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Pam Harbaugh of Waynesboro; one brother, W. Frank Winebrenner and his wife, June of Fairfield, PA; nephew, Andrew Winebrenner; niece, Cari Winebrenner; and great-nieces and nephews, Parker, Evelyn, Jack, Max and Leo.
In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by one brother, Paul Luther Winebrenner.
Services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
