Mr. Daniel H. “Danny” Guynn, 73, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2024, at his home, in the arms of his wife.
Born March 10, 1951, in South Mountain, PA, he was the son of the late Mr. William and Mrs. Catherine (Sites) Guynn.
He and his wife of over 54 years, Mrs. Earlene (Winchester) Guynn, were married September 5, 1969.
Danny was a loving husband, a devoted father, and a doting grandfather. He loved the outdoors, his time was spent hunting and fishing and he will be greatly missed.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Shane Guynn of Waynesboro, PA, Stacey Cutshall of Three Springs, PA, Tammey Hayes (Bradley) of Waynesboro; grandchildren: Matthew (Colleen) Cutshall, Ryan Cutshall, Katelyn (Devon) Fraley, Lauren Hayes; great grandchildren Katelynn Bilger, one brother Joseph Guynn of Red Lion, PA, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Julie Freeman and Rick Baker.
At Danny’s request services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, Waynesboro, is handling the arrangements.
