Charles William Dougherty, Jr., 73, of Chambersburg, passed away Monday, September 7, 2026 peacefully in his home. Born December 15, 1952 in Miami, FL he was the son of the late Charles William, Sr. and Jayne (O’Hara) Dougherty.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Judith (Mitchell) Dougherty. Charles is also survived by two children and four grandchildren.
