Candy Carlisle, 67, of Chambersburg, PA passed away Friday, May 12, 2023 in her home. Born January 12, 1956 in Chambersburg, she was the daughter of the late Russell Van Pelt and Helen Preston Van Pelt.
She is survived by nieces, nephews, and many others who will miss her.
