Hagerstown, MD – Morning Coffee & Yoga will take place on Saturday, July 29 from 8-9 a.m. at Free Range Cafe (520 Northern Ave.), this is an opportunity to get in balance within oneself and enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee or energy juice drink.
Tickets are available online at MorningCoffeeandYogaHagerstown, and cost $20 per student. Once there, participants will be guided through an hour of relaxing movements by Joie De Vivre guru. The session aims to help individuals feel the stress leaving their bodies and experience a sense of rejuvenation as they “become one with nature.”
