BOONSBORO – Middletown Valley Bank has hired Alysson DuPont as senior vice president for strategic initiatives and Kaela Scuderi as retail branch manager at the bank’s Boonsboro Branch.
Ms. DuPont comes to the bank with 18 years of experience in human resources, communicaations and experience management. She previously worked for Sandy Spring Bank as seniior vice president and director of experience and human resources.
She holds an MBS from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a B.S. in management from Salisbury University.

Scuderi has worked at the Boonsboro Branch for over five years, most recently serving as assistant branch manager prior to her promotion. Throughout that time, Scuderi has built exceptional rapport with both her coworkers and the customers she serves. “I am excited to step into my new role as branch manager and continue to serve the Boonsboro community,” she said.
