STATE LINE, Pa. — The Middleburg/Mason-Dixon Line Historical Society will host its monthly meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 18, at the State Line Ruritan Building, 15481 Park Dr., located off U.S. 11 at the State Line Community Park.
A picnic meal will precede the evening’s program, with attendees asked to bring a meat, side dish, dessert or beverage to share.
The featured program, titled “Middleburg/Mason-Dixon Line Historical Society Antiques Show,” will highlight a selection of antiques from the personal collection of Connie Strunk, a society board member and experienced collector.
During the interactive presentation, guests will be invited to guess the name and purpose of each item, offering an opportunity to explore local history through everyday objects from the past.
Community members who own unique antiques or historical items are encouraged to participate by sharing their pieces. Those interested in bringing an item are asked to call 717-263-1754 in advance.
The event is free and open to the public. Organizers encourage residents to attend for an evening of food, fellowship and historical discovery.
