CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — “Hanging with Chad,” an opportunity for constituents to meet with state Rep. Chad Reichard (R-Franklin), has been canceled due to scheduling conflicts. Reichard’s office staff said the sessions will pick up in October as planned.
