Hagerstown pups join Halloween fun!

HAGERSTOWN – Among the line-up of Halloween festivities in Hagerstown was the 13th Annual Howl-O-Ween dog costume parade! On Saturday, Oct. 25th, dozens of dogs and their families came to the dog park at Fairgrounds Park to walk the red carpet and compete for prizes.
