HAGERSTOWN, Md. — Residents in the area of Wheaton Park at invited to join their neighbors, elected officials, city staff and representatives of local resources at the first of five block parties planned this summer.
This event will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 16. The park is at 449 Sumans Ave.
Four other events will be planned later in the summer.
