WellSpan Health’s Winter STREAK Wellness Program will wrap up its 2026 workshop series on Wednesday, March 18, with “Standing Strong – Anywhere Yoga for Energy & Focus,” a free virtual session offered at noon and 5:30 p.m. The 30-minute workshop will be led by Suzanne Wolf, a senior talent acquisition consultant, who will guide participants through simple standing yoga movements and mindful breathing exercises that can be done at home, at work or on the go.
The session is designed for all fitness levels and does not require previous yoga experience or special equipment. Organizers say the practice can help participants reclaim energy, sharpen focus, improve posture and release built-up tension by incorporating gentle stretches and intentional breathing into the day.
“Standing Strong” is the sixth and final workshop in the 12-week Winter STREAK program, a free community initiative that encourages people to move more, eat better and build consistent healthy habits during the cold-weather months. Winter STREAK participants earn entries toward health and wellness prize bundles and a grand prize by attending live workshops, completing evaluations, engaging with newsletters and referring new participants.
Those who attend the March 18 workshop live will gain credit toward prize drawings and can also revisit the material later through an online recording. Registration is available at winterstreak.org, where visitors can also access wellness guides, bingo cards and resource libraries that support ongoing physical activity, stress management and healthy eating.
By closing the series with an accessible, equipment-free yoga session, Winter STREAK organizers aim to give participants a practical tool they can use anywhere to maintain momentum after the program ends. The workshop emphasizes that small, consistent actions—such as a short standing stretch and a few focused breaths—can help people sustain their well-being long after winter has passed.
