WAYNESBORO, Pa. – Kendil H. Wells, 27, Falling Waters, West Virginia, has been charged with one count each of stalking, theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after an incident occurred on April 9 at 5:37 p.m. on Fairview Avenue, Waynesboro police reported.
He earlier was cited for criminal mischief after police received a report of tires being slashed on Nov. 6 at 7:14 p.m., also on Fairview Avenue.
Police did not immediately provide additional details.
