HIGHFIELD-CASCADE, Md. – The Fort Ritchie Community Center has announced a special guest presentation by Washington County native and influential physical therapist Dr. Anne Duch. With a social media following of over 100,000 on Instagram, Dr. Duch returns to her roots to share her expertise on women’s health, nervous system regulation,and holistic wellness.
Dr. Duch, a graduate of Williamsport High School and former standout volleyball player at Hagerstown Community College and the University of Delaware, has spent over 27 years at the forefront of physical therapy. Now based in Wilmington, DE, she has gained national recognition for her ability to simplify complex health topics, particularly those involving endometriosis, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and menopause.
“My work with complex medical experiences and my love for education led to the growth of my online community,” said Dr. Duch.
This passion eventually led to the creation of her signature course, “What Happens in Vagus Doesn’t Have to Stay in Vagus,” which focuses on practical nervous system regulation.
