Downtown Hagerstown hosts final Holiday Pop-up

HAGERSTOWN – Downtown Hagerstown’s annual Holiday Pop-Up Shop is wrapping up this Saturday, Dec. 14, marking the final day of a festive shopping series that has already drawn visitors on Nov. 30 and Dec. 7.

Held at 60 W. Washington St. from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Pop-Up Shop brings together local artisans and small businesses, offering unique handcrafted goods and holiday cheer.

The first two Saturdays were a resounding success, with a rotating selection of vendors showcasing items such as stained glass, jewelry, woodwork, soaps and treats. Shoppers were treated to various gifts from vendors like Mole in the Ground Stained Glass, Taralicious Treaties, LG’s Pour & More and Stuffed and Such. Each weekend provided fresh offerings, making the event a favorite stop for holiday shoppers.

This Saturday’s event will feature another lineup of local talent, including vendors such as JessE’s Unique Jewelry, L&L Woodwork & Creations and the Washington County Arts Council. Reflecting on the importance of the event, Nicole Abuhamada, executive director of the Washington County Arts Council, said, “The Washington County Arts Council is delighted to showcase the incredible talent of our local artists at the Holiday Pop-Up Shop during this bustling season. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the City of Hagerstown for creating a valuable opportunity for nonprofits and local organizations to connect with the community.”

Located near University Plaza and a short walk from Public Square, the Holiday Pop-Up Shop has become the Hagerstown community’s highlight of the season. For more information about the event and the vendors, visit the Downtown Hagerstown Main Street Program’s official website.
