CHAMBERSBURG– The Council for the Arts in Chambersburg is set to host a special event featuring Barbara Randall, who will guide attendees in creating personalized journal covers. The event is scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 21, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Council for the Arts. Participants, including teens and adults, are encouraged to bring their own journals, and the Council will provide the necessary materials. The price of admission is $25, and early registration is advised due to limited seating, with a maximum of 15 students.
