- Waynesboro Area School District: 2 Hour Delay
- Greencastle-Antrim School District: 2 Hour Delay
- Chambersburg Area School District: 2 Hour Delay
- Franklin County Career and Tech: 2 Hour Delay
- Fairfield Area School District- 2 Hour Delay
- Washington County Public Schools (WCPS) will be operating on a two-hour delay Wednesday, Jan. 17. Transportation staff will reassess roads across the county and monitor the forecast to evaluate whether a closure is necessary.
- Washington County Government: Implementation of liberal leave for non-essential employees until 10 a.m. Essential personnel are expected to report as usual.
