HAGERSTOWN, Md. — Coldwell Banker Premier celebrated opening its newest location in Hagerstown’s Public Square on Tuesday, Oct. 20, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and catered brunch. Around two dozen showed up to commemorate the new location including employees and local officials like Hagerstown’s mayor and Washington County Commissioner Randy Leatherman.
Coldwell Banker Premier is a real estate group serving the mid-Atlantic area that began in 1906. With the motto, “big enough to help, small enough to care,” CEO Steve DuBrueler said the company hopes to help Hagerstown residents own homes and looks forward to working on property management in the area.
DuBrueler ended his statements saying, “Thank you guys for welcoming us. We look forward to being a partner in the community and working with you guys.”
Hagerstown’s Mayor Bill McIntire and Commissioner Leatherman each presented certificates of recognition congratulating the business and thanking operators for their investments into the county. Just after the ceremony, guests were welcomed inside to network and enjoy food and beverages.
