SOUTH MOUNTAIN- The South Mountain Fire Department will host a chicken bbq and car show in June to benefit the fire department.
The Chicken BBQ dinner sale will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 10, and conclude when all chicken is sold out.
The meal includes half a chicken, baked potato, baked beans, applesauce and a roll. Cost is $15.
The Car Show registration will be held 8 to 9 a.m. on Saturday, June 10. Cost is $10 per car. The show will run 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with judging at noon.
There will also be several vendors on site with various items for sale, the vendor and yard sale runs 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
