Smith’s linocut “Roulette Farm” depicts the historic farm and landscape at Antietam National Battlefield. In 1862 Sharpsburg, Maryland was the site of the single bloodiest battle in the Civil War. FROSTBURG, MD- The U.S. Department of Education revised its Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) last year to simplify the application process and to help more students qualify for federal aid, but since its release in December, technical issues associated with the updated form have caused significant delays for colleges to receive student information.
