HARRISBURG- The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that a bridge replacement project is scheduled to begin next week on Route 116 in Adams County. The bridge spans a tributary to Willoughby Run just west of Willoughby Run Road in Cumberland Township near Gettysburg. Weather permitting, on Monday, June 3, the contractor will begin installing erosion and sediment control measures at the construction site. There may be lane restrictions under daylight flagging.
