Lisa McCoy, an educator with over 10 years of experience teaching stress management and mindfulness skills, will present ways to recognize stressors, manage stress, and improve work-life balance. The one-hour session, titled “Live a Better Life,” runs from 6-7 p.m. EDT at 14421 Lake Royer Dr. in Cascade. WAYNESBORO—Children’s Summer Stories, presented by Buttonwood Nature Center, home of The Institute, begin on June 12 and will be held every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to noon through July 17 at Red Run Park in Rouzerville, Pa.
