HARRISBURG – Franklin and Fulton counties are two of 15 counties across the state that will share in $8.2 million in funding to support affordable housing. Gov. WAYNESBORO—A planned power outage is scheduled by First Energy for Thursday, Jan. 13. The outage will affect customers in the areas of 215 to 243 Ringgold St., and those in the vicinity of North Broad Street in Waynesboro. All customers that will be affected by the outage and who have a valid phone number on file with us will receive a phone call to notify them of the outage.
