FAYETTEVILLE–Caledonia State Park officials are currently working to fill jobs for the 2022 season, including 11 lifeguard positions and semi-skilled positions. Last year, swimming venues across the state, including Caledonia had to open late or close due to lack of lifeguards. Caledonia officials are hopeful they will be able to fill positions so that the pool can open this summer. Postings will be open through Jan. 17. HARRISBURG— The CDC has found that women with symptomatic COVID-19 during pregnancy have a more than twofold increased risk for intensive care unit admission, invasive ventilation, and a 70 percent increased risk for death, compared with nonpregnant women with symptomatic infections.
