The event that began Wednesday continues throughout the weekend, with more than 40 chainsaw carvers from across the world, plus food and craft vendors. Shippensburg University baseball team drops road game to Pitt-Johnstown ALTOONA — The Shippensburg University baseball team lost 7-6 to Pitt-Johnstown on Tuesday in a conference crossover game at Point Stadium. Shippensburg (15-20) rallied from a 5-1 deficit after two innings to take a 6-5 lead, but a two-run home run in the seventh by Colin Pasone proved to be the difference for Pitt-Johnstown (15-15-1).
