YORK—Gov. Tom Wolf has announced following the Biden Administration’s new final rule on ghost guns, Pennsylvania stands ready to implement the same regulation at the state level. CHAMBERSBURG—The Franklin County Commissioners, along with the Franklin County Office of Veterans Affairs, will host a drive-through Veteran Appreciation Expo.
