WAYNESBORO — Waynesboro Rotarian Larry Pentz regaled club members with tales of humorous incidents that occurred during his 30 years as a magisterial district judge during last week’s meeting. In his function of officiating preliminary arraignments, Larry encountered everything from a naked person who decided to direct traffic in Rouzerville to another who fainted in court when he heard the amount of his bail.
