ZULLINGER–A full theatrical production of William Shakespeare’s “Richard III,” including performers from left Luke Henry, and Luke Lyman, will be presented at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 2, at The Wharf, 10141 Wharf Road, Waynesboro, by The Institute. Produced by Maryland Entertainment Group (MEG Theatre) and Shippensburg Theatre Collective, the play will run under two hours, with one intermission. WAYNESBORO—The Institute hosts a production of “Richard iii,” based William Shakespeare’s Richard III on Saturday, July 2 at 7 p.m., at The Wharf, a rural, park-like property at 10141 Wharf Road in Waynesboro, Pa. The performance is free and open to the public. THURMONT, Md. — A huge fire broke out in an empty dining hall at Camp Airy in Frederick County Maryland, not far from the Pennsylvania state line. At least 100 fire and rescue personnel have responded to the fire including some from Adams County. No injuries have been reported.
WAYNESBORO—Certified flaggers are desperately needed to keep the parade marching Monday. The parade is sponsored by Brothers of the Brush and the group is seeking certified flaggers to work from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday. HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Norfolk Southern Corporation have reached an agreement to expand passenger rail access in western Pennsylvania.
