Area residents have the opportunity to own a quilt crafted especially to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Green Hill Cemetery. Kim Shockey of Waynesboro created the quilt as part of the scheduled events planned in honor of the celebration. “This is something I love to do,” offered Shockey, who donated the quilt, which will be raffled off during the Autumn Foliage Scavenger Hunt Party set for 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, at the cemetery.
