WAYNESBORO— On Sept. 6 ,the Waynesboro Main Street Farmers Market buzzed with youthful energy as 25 young vendors took center stage for Kids Vendors Day. Children of all ages showcased their entrepreneurial spirit, offering a vibrant array of homemade goods to eager shoppers.
The young vendors sold an impressive variety of items, from refreshing lemonade to craft crochet creations like frogs, chickens, and mice. Shoppers browsed houseplants, baked goods, and freshly made salsa. Handcrafted bracelets, keychains, and handmade soaps caught the eye, alongside decorative pens, jewelry, pins, wood cutting boards, wooden spoons, signs, and homemade cards. Some vendors even offered 3D-printed necklaces and toys, showcasing creativity and innovation.
The event highlighted the ingenuity of Waynesboro’s youth, transforming the market into a celebration of young talent and community spirit. Shoppers left with unique treasures and smiles, inspired by the next generation of entrepreneurs.
