Donald E. Wildeson, 87, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at his home.

He was born on June 11, 1938, in Waynesboro, PA, to the late Edgar F. and Mary C. (Kyler) Wildeson.

Donald was a 1956 graduate of Quincy High School in Quincy, PA. He then went on to attend Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA, where he earned his associate degree in business management. He was employed by F&M Trust as Vice President/Treasurer for 37 years until his retirement. He was a member of Solomon’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Chambersburg, PA. He volunteered with the March of Dimes organization for over 13 years and was a member of the Chambersburg Area Civitan Club #3985.

He is survived by his daughters, Lori A. Baker (Clifford) of Chambersburg, PA; Karen S. Willner (Daniel) of Newport, WA; and Tracey L. Burkett (Mark) of Greencastle, PA; seven grandchildren; brothers, Robert L. Wildeson (Nancy) of Chambersburg, PA; Richard L. Wildeson (Joann) of Waynesboro, PA; and sister-in-law, Nancy Wildeson of Fayetteville, PA.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Joyce S. (Bonner) Wildeson, who passed on May 22, 2021, and his brother, Carroll R. Wildeson.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Solomon’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4856 Wayne Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202 with Pastor Mike Allwein officiating. Burial will follow in Parklawns Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the church.
