WAYNESBORO – Healthy Franklin County and the Mental Health Association of Franklin and Fulton Counties will host the Carnival of Care on Saturday, Sept. 13, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Waynesboro Area YMCA. The free, family-friendly event aims to foster mental well-being and connect the community with local resources in a festive atmosphere.
The four-hour carnival will feature inspiring speakers, vendor booths showcasing mental health and wellness services and engaging activities for children.
