ADAMS COUNTY – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced that $1.9 million in bridge repairs on Route 116 in Adams County has been postponed until next summer. The bridge, which spans Plum Creek between Centennial Road and Oxford Road at the McSherrystown Borough/Conewago Township line, will be detoured.

An updated press release will be issued when the work is rescheduled.
The work is part of a resurfacing project on Route 116 from the intersection of Water Drive in Conewago Township to the intersection of Route 2008 (Elm Avenue) in McSherrystown Borough.
