CHAMBERSBURG – A 23-year-old Chambersburg man faces felony assault charges after he was arrested at Chambersburg Hospital for allegedly attacking hospital personnel.
Oscar Lopez-Marquez was a hospital patient at the time of the June 29 incident, police said.
Hospital security told officers that Lopez-Marquez had turned aggressive, assaulting a nurse and two security officers during the incident.
He was charged with two counts of felony assault and one count of harassment. His bail was set at $75,000.
