Mrs. Mary E. (Downin) Smith, 86, a resident of Quincy Village and formerly of Rouzerville, PA passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Quincy Village.
Born April 30, 1939 in Franklin County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Howard J. and Marie (Patterson) Downin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rayburn D. Smith. Mr. Smith died on November 27, 2017.
A viewing will be held from 1:30 P.M. until 3:30 P.M., Monday, July 14, 2025, in Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. Burial will be private in Harbaugh Church Cemetery, Rouzerville, PA.
