CHAMBERSBURG – First Ed Credit Union officials have announced community celebrations for I Love My Credit Union Day. On July 25, 2025, 1st Ed will host a member appreciation event at the Chambersburg, Greencastle and Hanover locations. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., all branch locations will be offering refreshments, giveaway opportunities and more, officials said.
Created by the Illinois Credit Union League, I Love My Credit Union Day is a national movement that encourages credit union members to participate in a social media blitz by sharing what they love about their credit unions using the tag #ILoveMyCreditUnion. First Ed Credit Union is joining hundreds of participating credit unions across the country by marking the day with a member appreciation event.
