Edith Rotz

Edith V. Rotz, 94, passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at The Mercy House of Chambersburg. She was born April 14, 1931 in Chambersburg, PA, the daughter of the late Walker Martin and his wife, Hattie (Hull). In her younger years, she enjoyed her garden and her pool. Edith is survived by her husband of 77 years, Carl Rotz, a son, Brinton Rotz (Kim), a granddaughter, Kimberly Slack (Michael) and two great granddaughters. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Sandidge and a sister, Catherine Conner. The funeral service will be held at Mt. Olivet Church from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 with Pastor Stan McCammon officiating. There will be a visitation held one hour prior starting at 9 a.m. at the church.
