SMITHSBURG, MD – The Artists Palette Hair Salon and Gallery will host a Costume Parade and Music & Arts Festival on Sunday, Oct. 29, from noon to 3 p.m at the Smithsburg Fire Hall located at 22 North Main St, Smithsburg, MD.
The parade will start at the Pavilion at Veterans Park at 11:30 a.m. and end at the fire hall.
The first 100 kids will receive free ice cream from Christ Cream.
The event will feature live music, performers, food, artists, and vendors.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Smithsburg Elementary School PTA with a goal to bring back field trips.
